Lizette Novas, Administrator
Ms. Novas joined the CAC in 1997 as Appointment Clerk at the North Miami Beach CAC center. During the next four years, she served in various frontline capacities. In 2001, Ms. Novas was promoted to the position of Center Manager at the East Hialeah CAC center and then received her second promotion during that year to the position of Administrator. Prior to accepting the position of Administrator at the Bird Road CAC-Florida Medical Center, Ms. Novas was the Administrator at the South Dade, Little Havana, Westland and Westchester CAC facilities.

Ausberto A. Bianchi, M.D., Medical Director Internal Medicine and Geriatrics
Dr. Bianchi received his degree in medicine as valedictorian from the University of Havana School of Medicine in Havana, Cuba. He graduated in cardiology as valedictorian from the National Institute of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery in Havana. Dr. Bianchi performed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Bridgeport Hospital, an affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Dr. Bianchi has also completed a geriatric fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Bianchi has conducted research and has published literature on cardiac electrophysiology and arrhythmias. He joined the CAC in 2001 as a primary care physician. He is currently the Medical Director of the Bird Road CAC-Florida Medical Center.
Dr. Bianchi is board certified in internal medicine. In 1998, he was awarded the George Brown Longstreth Award for Humanness of the Year from Bridgeport Hospital. |
