Felix German, Administrator

Mr. German first began his career in the Health Care industry at CarePlus Health Plans as a front line leader for the Enrollment Verifications Department. He later received a promotion becoming the Manager of Enrollment Verifications; Felix has over 10 years of Managerial experience which first began at The Home Depot. As a Manager for CarePlus Health Plans, Felix was responsible for providing Enrollment and Eligibility information to all CarePlus Benefit Consultants. Throughout the years Felix has molded himself into a Perfect Service Mentor and Engages in Perfect Service daily while making customer his number one priority.
Carline Hyppolite-Oyadiran, M.D., Medical Director 
Internal Medicine

Dr. Carline Oyadiran is an internist with over nine years experience working in a managed care setting.

As an undergraduate student at Queens College in New York City, she was actively involved in the Peer Advisement Program, in which she advised students with scheduling and emotional issues. She was also a member of the Steering Committee for Minority Students.

She obtained her medical degree from the State University of New York in Buffalo. Dr. Oyadiran completed her residency training at North Shore University Hospital, which was affiliated with New York University.

Dr. Oyadiran began her long relationship with CAC-Florida Medical Centers as a primary care physician in 1998. In 2001, she was promoted to be the Medical Director of the North Miami Beach center.

In 2004, Dr. Oyadiran decided to enter private practice and was affiliated with numerous health plans. She also cared for nursing home patients through her relationship with Hospitalists of America. She returned to the CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 2006 in the role of Regional Medical Director. In this position, she shares responsibility for the daily medical operations of the centers, as well as chairing and participating in various medical committees.

A born New Yorker of Haitian heritage, she has always lived in a cosmopolitan environment, where she has developed sensitivity to people of all cultures, languages and creeds. She speaks English, French, Creole and Spanish. Currently, she is serving as the Medical Director for the CAC-Florida Medical Centers Liberty City Center.
