Odalys Marosi, Administrator

Odalys Marosi joined CAC Florida Medical Centers in 2002, as an Administrative Assistant in the West Hialeah Center. During her three years in this role, Odalys demonstrated her enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to provide perfect service as well as her potential for professional advancement. In 2005, Odalys was promoted to Assistant Administrator at the East Hialeah Center. In 2010, Odalys returned to the West Hialeah Center in the role of Center Administrator. She firmly believes that talent and associate’s development are key components of a successful organization.
Julio O. Gomez, M.D., Medical Director
Internal Medicine

Dr. Gomez received his degree in medicine from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center, affiliated with the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, in Neptune, New Jersey. Prior to that, Dr. Gomez completed a residency in Orthopedics and Trauma at Enrique Cabrera Teaching Hospital in Havana, Cuba. Prior to joining the CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 2006, Dr. Gomez practiced as a hospitalist.

In Cuba, he served for eight years as Orthopedic Surgeon and Consultant for the Internal Medicine and Hematology services at Enrique Cabrera Teaching Hospital in Havana. He also served as Orthopedic Surgeon at Celia Sanchez Teaching Hospital in Granma, Cuba. Dr. Gomez is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He has more than 16 years medical teaching experience as an instructor and assistant professor. He was awarded Best Graduate of 1980, Enrique Cabrera Teaching Hospital and Best Professor of the Year, Graduates of Enrique Cabrera Teaching Hospital in 1994. Dr. Gomez has had numerous articles published regarding the diagnosis and management of low back pain. Dr. Gomez is currently the Medical Director at the Little Havana CAC-Florida Medical Center.
