Our physicians are just a phone call away. They are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in case our patients have any questions or concerns.

Jorge Diaz, Administrator Mr. Diaz began his career with CAC in 1992 in the Medical Records department at the Kendall Center. He was quickly promoted to Industrial Medicine Coordinator, a role in which he was responsible for the coordination of workers compensation services at the Westchester Center. Mr. Diaz was later promoted to Assistant Administrator and then to his current role of Center Administrator. He is currently the Administrator for the North Miami Beach CAC-Florida Medical Center and oversees the daily operations of that center. Mr. Diaz has a Bachelors degree in Administration in Health Care Administration.

Manuel A. Garcia Herran, M.D., Medical Director Internal Medicine Dr. Garcia-Herran received his degree in medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and received training in anatomic pathology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Dr. Garcia-Herran joined the CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 2004. Prior to that, he served as an internist at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida and Naval Ambulatory Care Center in Newport, Rhode Island. He is currently the Medical Director at the North Miami Beach CAC-Florida Medical Center. Dr. Garcia Herran is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been published in the July 2000 edition of American Family Physicians.
