Ircania McGriff, Administrator

Ircania McGriff is a health care administration professional with over eight years of experience in public and private sectors. Mrs. McGriff earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island and a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Roger Williams University. She started her career in health care working for The Providence Center, one of the largest non-profit community mental health centers in Rhode Island. In 2008, Mrs. McGriff continued her career at United Healthcare as a Social Care Coordinator servicing Rhode Island's Medicaid population. In May of 2011, Mrs. McGriff relocated to the Central Florida area and in her role, as Medical Center Administrator, she is committed to continuing her work as a health care administration professional within the growing CAC-Florida Medical Centers in the Central Florida community.
Alberto J. García-Romeu, M.D., Medical Director 
Internal Medicine

Dr. Alberto J. García-Romeu’s passion is to provide every patient with the quality of care you expect from CAC-Florida Medical Centers.

Dr. Alberto J. García-Romeu obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed his internship and residency at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial in Miami, Florida.

He joined CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 2012 as a Medical Director of Internal Medicine. Prior to that, Dr. García-Romeu served as Medical Director at the South Arkansas Center on Aging for the University of Arkansas Medical School. He was also in private practice for 27 years, and 3 years as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. García-Romeu is a member of the American College of Physicians and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. García-Romeu is the Medical Director at the CAC-Florida Medical Center in Pine Hills.
