Our physicians are just a phone call away. They are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in case our patients have any questions or concerns.

Betty Alvarez, Administrator Ms. Alvarez's career with CAC spans more than 20 years. She started as the Supervisor of the Member Services Department. After gaining exposure to several areas of the business, she took an opportunity as a VIP hostess, a role in which she personally attended to major group account members. Ms. Alvarez was later promoted to Referrals Supervisor and Assistant Administrator. In this latter position, Ms. Alvarez gained additional professional experience and inspiration by working along side an excellent team of CAC administrators. She was briefly employed as an Assistant Administrator by another local medical group practice, but longed to return to the dedication and organization she had experienced at CAC. She is currently the Administrator of the Westchester CAC-Florida Medical Center.

Ivan Del Rio, M.D., Medical Director Internal Medicine Dr. Del Rio received his degree in medicine from Universidad Central Del Este in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He completed a sub-internship at the Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois and a residency in internal medicine at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, where he was also Chief Resident of Internal Medicine. Dr. Del Rio completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Prior to joining the CAC-Florida Medical Centers in October 2002, Dr. Del Rio was in private practice in Miami, Florida. Dr. Del Rio is currently the Medical Director at the Westchester CAC-Florida Medical Center. Dr. Del Rio is a Diplomate, American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a Member of the American Medical Association and an associate member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Del Rio is the 1993 Recipient of the Norris L. Brookens Memorial Award for exemplary dedication to the medical profession.
