Santiago Moises, Administrator
Santiago Moises joined CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 2009, as Process Manager for the Flamingo Palms Specialty Care Center in Pembroke Pines, Fl. Mr. Moises work experience expands for over 20 years in the South Florida Health Care Systems, 10 years in administrative setting which includes University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Continucare Corporation. In 2010, Mr. Moises was promoted to Administrator for the Westland CAC-Florida Medical Center where he oversees daily operations. Mr. Moises is committed to provide Perfect Service to all members of the CAC family.

Elda P. Regalado, M.D., Medical Director
Internal Medicine
Dr. Regalado received her degree in medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
Dr. Regalado joined CAC in 1994 and has served in numerous capacities including walk-in physician, medical director of emergency services and primary care physician. She has served on the Center's Peer Review, Quality/Utilization Management and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees. She is currently the Medical Director of the Westland CAC-Florida Medical Center.
Dr. Regalado is board certified and re-certified in internal medicine. She has served on advisory boards for GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Abbott Laboratories. |
