CAC-Florida Medical Centers are staffed by primary care physicians and medical specialists. CAC-Florida Medical Centers is a provider for CarePlus Health Plans, AmeriGroup Medicaid HMO, Humana Commercial and Humana Medicaid. CAC also accepts patients with Original Medicare and self-pay patients.

At CAC-Florida Medical Centers we do our best to make life easier for you. That's why we assist you with appointments through our Appointment Call Center, where efficiency and quality are assured. Our Appointment Call Center is open from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and can handle all your requests for new appointments, as well as for changing, cancelling or verifying appointments. We also assist you in arranging for transportation services, including for those providers outside our centers.
