JOSE N. APONTE, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Aponte received his degree in medicine from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Residency Program Hospitals, affiliated to Hahnemann Medical School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Aponte joined the CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 2007. Prior to that, he was affiliated with several medical group practices and was a hospitalist physician at Baptist Hospital and South Miami Hospital.
Dr. Aponte has written publications on The Cardiac Findings of Children Affected by Congenital Rubella and Cholesterol Levels in Patients with Colon Cancer. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Aponte currently sees patients at the Bird Road CAC-Florida Medical Center. |
