MERCEDES PINO, D.O.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Pino received her medical degree from the Southeastern University of the Health Sciences/Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a rotating internship in Internal Medicine at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan and a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Miami.
Prior to joining the CAC-Florida Medical Centers in 1997, Dr. Pino worked in the pediatrics unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and Saint Thomas University in Miami.
Dr. Pino was awarded the 1984 Bishop Roman Scholarship Award. She is listed in the 1987 Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and won the 1989 National Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholar Award. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Pino sees patients at the Little Havana CAC-Florida Medical Center.
