ISAAC ERNESTO TRELLES, M.D.
Internal Medicine and Geriatrics
Dr. Trelles received his degree in Medicine from la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Peru.
Dr. Trelles is an Internal Medicine Board Certified physician who completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the San Juan City Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After completion of his residency, Dr. Trelles completed a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Program at the University of Illinois in Chicago where he opened his private practice in Chicago before joining the CAC-Florida Medical Centers.
Dr. Trelles has a license to practice medicine in Puerto Rico, Illinois and Peru.
He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Trelles currently sees patients at South Dade CAC-Florida Medical Center. |
