ZEIDAN HAMMAD, M.D.
Family Medicine
Dr. Hammad received his degree in medicine from the High Institute of Medical Science in Camaguey, Cuba. He completed a fellowship in Nephrology in 1989 at the High Institute of Medical Science in Camaguey, Cuba. He served as an Internist and Nephrologist at the University Hospital of Tokoin-Lome Togo, West Africa.
Dr. Hammad completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Saint-Mary Hospital and at the Hoboken University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He was Chief Resident of the Family Medicine Program at UMDNJ.
Dr. Hammad is Board Certified in Family Medicine. In 2007 Dr. Hammad joined the CAC-Florida Medical Centers. Dr. Hammad is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Hammad sees patients at the West Hialeah CAC-Florida Medical Center.
